Connect 2020 is a mix of live sessions as well as pre-recorded sessions. Check below for the recorded sessions available to you. We will be hosting monthly live sessions including customer stories and interviews.


Throughout the year we will also host Office Hours where you can ask the experts your questions! Presenters from breakout sessions along with additional Infor and Advoco team members will be available at designated times for you to ask your questions and hear what other community members are asking!

We will also host monthly night events, like bartending and cooking classes so you can brush up on some skills in addition to your EAM learning!

Kevin Samuelson

Chief Executive Officer


Kevin Samuelson was appointed in 2019 as the Chief Executive Officer of Infor. Mr. Samuelson previously served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Infor. He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, finance, operations and M&A to the team.

Kevin joined Infor at its inception in 2002, helping to grow the company from $30M to nearly $3B in annual revenue over 10 years. Kevin left Infor in 2013 and spent three years working at two prominent SaaS software companies before rejoining Infor in 2016. Prior to joining Infor in 2002, Kevin worked in Equity Research for Robertson Stephens and Bank of America.

Kevin Price

Technical Product Evangelist 


Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise asset management (EAM) solution area for Infor. He’s served in multiple leadership roles in sales, service, development, and product management. He is currently the technical product evangelist and strategist for the Infor EAM portfolio, which includes EAM, MP2, and Spear Technologies. Kevin is based out of the Infor EAM development hub in Greenville, South Carolina.

Dustin Haley

Maintenance Systems Analyst 


Dustin Haley has worked as an Analyst, Trainer, and QA on various EAM solutions for 15 years. He is currently a software analyst for FirstGroup America. His focus area is in supporting Infor EAM, but also supports numerous applications within FirstGroup America. While supporting and training users on EAM solutions, Dustin has gotten the opportunity to travel to 12 different countries.

Tom Jones

Senior Account Director


My focus in on helping organization get more out of their organizations with analytics. I help companies leverage the strength of Birst by connecting Infor EAM and other applications together. 30+ years’ experience selling to in enterprise organizations in the manufacturing, retail, CPG, automotive, media, eCommerce and high tech markets. My primary belief; ‘make my customer successful and you will be successful’.

Todd Hawkins

Senior Vice President of Maintenance

FirstGroup America

As the Senior Vice President of Maintenance at First Group America, Todd is responsible for managing maintenance operations for 500 maintenance operations including First Transit, First Student, and Greyhound. Todd was instrumental in FirstGroup’s transition to using the Infor EAM Mobile application and making the leap to become a paperless shop.

Michael O'Connell

Vice President of Supply Chain: Service & Distribution


Michael O’Connell is Vice President of Supply Chain: Service & Distribution for PepsiCo. He is responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of Frito-Lay’s Warehouse, Logistics, Fleet and In Market Operations along with PepsiCo North America’s Food and Beverage fleet engineering and sustainability strategy. This includes the people, process, design, and asset management systems along with technology solutions in support of PepsiCo’s Supply Chain Operations. Michael began working for FLNA in 1991 at its Wooster, Ohio manufacturing facility. In his 28 years with the company, he has held a number of positions in Service and Distribution, Finance and Supply Chain at various PepsiCo facilities.

Barbara Ferrer

Sr. Solution Consultant, EAM


Barbara Ferrer started her career as a MP2 System Administrator in 2001 for a government services firm. She joined Infor as a Solution Consultant in EAM in 2017.  Her expertise includes the deployment of asset management systems, integrations, reporting, and mobile technologies in various industries like utilities, oil and gas, biomedical, airports, government services.  Barbara is based out of Long Beach, California.

Allison Gleisner

Sr. Director of Sales Enablement and Competitive Intelligence


Allison Gleisner is a Sr. Director of Sales Enablement and Competitive Intelligence at Infor. During her 6+ year at Infor she has been dedicated to the EAM team as the former Alliance Director and GTM & Strategist. Allison and her family live in Wisconsin and love all things outdoors, especially boating.
